IPAF TRAINING
We offer IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) training and courses on
all of the cherry picker equipment we hire out in order that you use our equipment
safely, carefully and confidently.
Site managers within the construction industry have a duty to workers using
cherry pickers or access equipment such as scissor lifts or booms. Recent legislation
(Work at Height Regulations) means they must see proof of training and
competence from any worker wishing to use access equipment.
Anglia Access offers operator safety training by IPAF approved instructors. The
IPAF training can be carried out either at our training centre in Norwich or at your
own site.
Cherry picker training courses
Using equipment such as cherry pickers, booms and scissor lifts can be hazardous
due to the levels of elevation that the equipment stretches to.
With our training you will learn safe working practices in the operation of access
platforms, cherry pickers and self propelled boom work platforms and prevent
any accidents from happening.
Our courses teach you how to operate equipment in line with IPAF and working
height regulations so that you receive the most up-to-date training.
Anglia Access is an independent, locally owned, powered access platform company
in Norwich.
